Canvas Access FAQ
Beginning in 2025, your Canvas account is automatically connected via Infinite Campus.
- No more pairing codes
- Direct access to your student's progress
If you already have a Canvas account with an email that matches Infinite Campus, no action is needed.
If you have a Canvas account, but your email does NOT match Infinite Campus:
- That account will be deleted.
- A new account will be automatically created for you using your Infinite Campus email.
- You will receive an email from Fulton Schools Canvas (notifications@instructure.com) to complete your registration.
If you have never used Canvas before:
- A new account will be created for you.
- You will receive an email from Fulton Schools Canvas (notifications@instructure.com) to complete your registration.

What if you DON'T receive the Canvas email?
If you don't receive an email address regarding your Observer Canvas account, it's likely that an email address you're using is not currently on file in Infinite Campus. If there is an email error or you haven't provided an email address, please contact the Technology Support Center at 470-254-4357. Once your Infinite Campus account is set up with the correct email address, your Canvas parent account will be created shortly after.
How to Access Canvas
- Go to fultonschools.instructure.com.
- Select "Parent Login."
- Login using your Infinite Campus login.
Is there a Canvas mobile app?
Yes, there are separate apps for teachers, students, and families.

a. Once downloaded on your device, click Find My School.
b. Type in Fulton County and select “Fulton County Schools Observer (Families/Guardians).”
c. On the next screen, login with your email and password.
